A tiny pixel companion that lives on your Mac and keeps you in the loop while your AI agent works.
Works with Claude Code and Google Gemini. macOS only, for now.
You spin up the agent, then you go do something else. That's the whole point. Rupert keeps an eye on things while you're away.
Staring at a terminal waiting for your AI to finish is wasted time. Rupert sits in the corner of your screen and lets you know when something actually needs you.
When Claude or Gemini hits a wall — a question, a plan approval, a session limit — Rupert bounces and tells you. You respond, then you're gone again.
Rupert floats above every window, always visible. It doesn't matter what you're doing — the notification will find you.
Rupert wakes up and bounces when Claude Code needs your attention — no more missing prompts in the background.
Choose from Rupert, Blobby, Golem, Foxel, Sentinel, Starbit, or Droplet. Each has their own pixel look and personality.
Floats in a corner above all windows. Never loses focus. Never in the way. Drag it anywhere on screen.
Get CLI notifications from both CLI. Color coded texts to differentiate.
Click Download for Mac above to get the
.dmg. Download directly from the Mac OS App Store.
Drag Rupert.app into your Applications folder,
then launch it. macOS may ask to confirm — click Open.
In your Claude Code settings, add the notification hook so Rupert wakes up on prompts. Follow the instructions for the one-line setup.
